Application Process

When I worked in a bank during that first thirteen years of my career, many clients would come in and ask me about loans. I would simply refer them to my loan specialist, who took care of them and helped them get their loans. At the time, I didn't know what a mortgage broker was or why anyone would want to use one as opposed to going directly into their bank for a loan.
